Exercise before you eat, your body will use up reserve energy found in the fat over your abs.
Just be patient
I'm not saying don't do ab exercises, strong abs support your spine and protect your back. However, keep in mind that your ab workout is just one part of a complete program when it comes to getting a six-pack. Getting your entire body in top shape will get you your six-pack.
