Working Exercise

Ways to keep fit yourself even while you work. Olden days exercise at work were great.

Every must have heard saying the old people, those are the best days for what we use to eat and keep fit our self. This words often utter by our Grand mother in the kitchen. Why such comments are being passed? There are many reasons behind it.

During those olden days our ancestors were using traditional utensils available to them for various purposes. They were making use of the earthen pots for cooking their daily food. Oh! The food prepared would undoubtedly turn out to be very tasty and of course healthy too.

In the olden days ladies were making use of grinding stones to grind various ingredients to form a masala or a paste. While performing this activity their body use to get the exercise and which ultimately use to keep them active whole day. But the taste to the paste when added to curry or any other food items was fantastic and mind blowing.

But to the change of modernization, now day’s ladies prefer to use the electronics mixer or grinder for preparing the masala or the paste, to be used in daily cooking. What exercise they expect by just standing in one place and switch on and off the mixture or grinder they use. The only advantage of this electrical equipments is that it is time saving.

Second good exercise ladies use to get while working was washing the clothes. Ladies use to wash the clothes on washing stone constructed next to the nearby well assisted in providing all the required exercise to those, otherwise, fragile bodies. Since they use to wash and rinks clothes by hand their most part of the use to get exercise.

But now a day’s people prefer to make use of washing to wash the clothes. Washing dryer for drying the clothes. You know this reduce the life of clothes. Having washing machine, of course, means saving in time, but what about expense in form of monthly electricity bill.

Not to talk about the missing exercise to women only in the modern days, what about the men?

In the olden days men and women use to do hard work to earn their bread and butter. Mostly people use to work in the field to cultivate the food grains and other necessary items for day-to-day use. They use to dig, plough, and cut paddy, etc. but with the modernization everywhere one find this work is being done with help of tractor, crushing machine, grinding machine etc.

The people use to walk to visit their friends, relatives, to move from one place to another. Some people were using bicycle to travel and other works. Cycling was one of the best exercises for the body from leg to the head.

But today’s new generation uses or rather prefer to use bike, scooter, car or public transport for all this. Of course, this time saving keeping the exercise part separate.

Another good olden days exercise, which in modern days doctor prescribed, is walking bare footed. The people use to walks miles and miles without shoes and their feet use to be strong. When one walk bare footed as per acupuncture theory it gives the exercise almost to your whole body and especially to heart and brain.

To summarize it is exercise in any form that will keep us healthy in this competitive and fast moving world. So, let keep our-self, healthy to face the challenges.

well its said well that old is gold and technology is changing
but fast work makes fast sickness and one should be fit slim and trim and excercise is very important and also well balanced food

In these fast changing times, there is a work load on the person. May are not able to do fitness exercise, which are affecting their health. They should some fitness exercise to stay healthy.
