Come on…everyone wants a nice, firm, and curvy butt. The question is: how do you get a killer behind? Just follow these simple steps and people will be staring as you walk by in no time!
First, start with a well balanced diet. Watch the calories that you consume and also the fat grams. The better you eat the more flab you lose all over the body. Don't forget to drink plenty of water. It is important to keep your body hydrated, especially when you work out.
There are many great butt exercises that can tone and tighten the rear end. Hold your abdominal muscles in tight and squeeze your butt muscles to prevent injury and to get the optimal benefits from your workout. Squats are one of the best butt and leg exercises that you can do. Simply stand up, and squat down like you are about to sit in a chair. Make sure that your knees do not extend past your feet. Donkey kicks will get you toned in no time. On the floor, get on your hands and knees. Kick one leg behind you, keeping the knee bent, then lower to starting position. After you finish this exercise with both legs, straighten your knee and raise and lower the entire leg up and down. Lunges are when you bring one foot in front of you, and squat or lunge forward, bringing the back knee towards the ground. When you are at your desk, stopped at a red light in your car, or even sitting on the couch, tighten the butt muscles, and count to five. Relax the muscles and repeat. Strengthening exercises should be done about every other day, giving your body time to relax in between workouts.
Although following a healthy diet and strengthening the bottom muscles will get you toned, it is also important to do cardiovascular exercises to slim down, and get that great looking butt in no time. You can do a variety of cardio exercises, from running in place, to jumping jacks, to going up and down the stairs; any activity that will elevate the heart rate for about thirty minutes. It would be optimal to perform cardio exercises every day if possible.
See, now that is not so hard! Watch what you eat, drink plenty of water, perform butt firming exercises, and don't forget cardio, to get your best butt ever. Bottoms up
