10+ Dangerous Consequences of Not Drinking Water

Water represents 75% of you. You need to drink huge amounts of it everyday to keep fit and healthy. If you don't see what can happen to you!

Water is the most important drink you can have. It is cheap and you have no reason not to drink it. It is colorless and tasteless so drink more now! If you skip some cuts this is what can happen to you:

  1. Less focus

    Your brain is the most energy consumer as well as the most water consumer. Your brain is hungry and thirsty all the time and if you don't feed it properly you will feel less concentrated, your head will hurt you, you can't think like you should and you get tired faster.
  2. Eyes start failing

    Your eyes need a lot of water to keep wet and in good condition. Don't play with them! Just imagine what could happen if you had poor vision!
  3. All your body will hurt you

    All your organs need water to run properly. As soon as there is a shortage in the water reserver you will get many warns in the form of pain. No kidding here!
  4. Poor sport performance

    Do you enjoy winning all the time? If you do drink water! Even small amounts of exercise requires big amounts of energy and your muscles need water to power your moves properly and your skin needs water to keep you fresh by sweeting.
  5. Heart problems

    Your blood needs to be as liquid as it can so it doesn't make your heart work harder to pump the blood properly. Lack of water will make your blood less liquid and that comes with higher blood pressure, higher hear rates even when you are sleeping and this is just to name a few. After exercising you need to drink even if you are not thirsty. I am a great bicycle rider that rides 250 km in just 10 hours. This is not to boast myself. It's just to tell you that if you don't drink after exercise you risk waking up in the middle of the night with your heart rate at more than 180 like I do sometimes. I check my heart rate with a sports monitor.
  6. Ugly Skin

    Your skin needs rest and water to be beautiful otherwise you will look older like an old man. Keep your skin happy with water instead of expensive products.
  7. Sleep problems

    When you drink less water your body will have a harder time working properly in the middle of the night and your will experience nightmares often. Always sleep with a 1.5 L bottle of water next to you all the time!
  8. Looking bad because when your body is not working properly your posture will not be the same

    Do you want your friends and family to say "Wow! You look terrible!"? I don't think so.
  9. Virus will attack you easily

    Your immune system depends on water to run properly because your defense cells most important ingredient is water.
  10.  Overall body eating and weight disturbance

    Your body is smart. When one ingredient supply fails it will use another as a replacement. However that works with everything except water which means you will be hunger when the the only thing your body needs is water.
  11. Death

     If you stay more than 3 days without drinking you will die. End of the story.

We tend to overdo the drinking part. She loves her wine, he loves his beer.
But what about water, when was the last time you had a glass? Thanks for
reminding us of the need to drink water. Here in Australia, Sydney, the outer western rural district is crying for rain so they have water on their farms where they grow most of produce you buy at the fruit & vege market.

Hi, Just surfing around. Good infor. I drink eight or more glasses of water a day.
