10 of the Most Common and Awful Health Habits You Do Daily

These 10 horrible health habits are the ones that are most common in our daily lives.

I would bet money on the fact that most people are guilty of a least 2 of these habits. The worst part is that these unhealthy habits are so common in our daily lives that we don't even realize how harmful they actually are to us.

  1. Sugar rush overload: Eating way too much sugar during the day will make you tired and moody. Avoid it.
  2. Eating junk foods: Such as fast food, candy, potatoes chips and high fattening sandwiches.
  3. Not chewing your food: Will cause many health problems. Remember we are not wolves so take your time and chew.
  4. Hurrying your meals: Is a calling for poor digestion. Eat slowly and chew your food.
  5. Cranking up the music on headphones: To loud in not to good for the health of your ears so keep music below 50% of the volume level.
  6. Excessive Worrying: Only causes stress and your blood pressure to raise
  7. Excessive TV-limit to and hour a day and when the time is up move onto something else.
  8. Not Flossing: If you don't floss daily make it part of your daily agenda or you might suffer from gum disease.
  9. Nail Nibbling: Thus can cause damage to your nails, teeth and interfere with normal nail growth. Certain bacteria that live under the nail are also transferred to your mouth causing you to become ill.
  10. Skipping breakfast: May seem like a good decision when your running late but you are not doing your body a favor.
