So here we go.. guys these are my top 30 ways to maintain good health. But of course these are only tips that some of you may or may not follow.
It is still up to you if you will follow these..These tips are effective especially to all students like me…Anyway, have fun and have a healthy life…
- Stay away from a crowd that may influence you to drink
- Stay away from people who smoke
- Keep track of what you eat
- Have a weekly routine of how much you exercise
- Have a schedule
- Use condoms when you have sex
- Eat 3 meals a day
- Wash hands when I use the bathroom
- Do your own laundry
- I don't easily get stressed out
- Get regular check-ups
- Shower every day
- Brush my teeth everyday,
- Exercise at least 4 times a week
- Clean all cuts/wounds
- I don't procrastinate
- Take care of myself when sick
- Clean the toilet seat before I use the bathroom
- I keep my room clean
- I don't eat uncooked meat
- I watch how much fast food I eat
- I jog
- Attend class everyday
- Go to church every Sunday
- Wash dishes after you use them
- Play sports
- Have friends you feel comfortable talking to
- I go to sleep at a reasonable time
- I dress accordingly to the whether
- I do my homework for my health class!!!
