Keep diseases at bay and prolong your life:
- Quality of life. Have at least one meal a day with your family or friends. It is part of good health.
- Balanced diet. Eat plenty of wholegrain bread and cereals. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables for they are rich in vitamins, fibre and minerals. Remember to cut down on fat, sugar and salt.
- Water. Drink at least 8 glasses of oxygen rich water. Good water flushes down toxins effectively.
- Exercise for health. Besides food, exercise makes us healthy. Exercise three to five times a week between short intervals. Consult your doctor before embarking on an exercise program.
- Sleep well. Sufficient sleep is essential so that our body and mind can rest well.
- Observe cleanliness and hygiene in everything we do.
