- Move your head backwards till you feel the back of your neck muscles fully contracted and a mild stretch on the front of the neck. Holding this position, move chin upwards for an extra stretch.
- Turn your head sideways till your chin is almost in the line with your shoulder. Holding this position move your chin towards the shoulder, till you feel a good stretch. DO not move the head while moving the chin and keep your mouth closed at all times. Repeat the same on the other side.

- Try neck rolls: This is done by rotating the head in a perfect 360 degree circle both clockwise and anti-clockwise till you feel a flex on one side and a stretch on the other side of the neck. Do 25 counts in both directions.
