Think of your body as a temple and you have to maintain it and take care of it and prevent the temple from falling into pieces. Some of the things you can do too take care of your body are common sense but sometimes easily over look. People should try too eat at least 3 balanced meals a day.
Eating is very important and some people only eat 1 meal a day because they think or are to busy and if you are one of those people, than you should bring a cooler wherever you go and pack a meal or 2. Try to get some form of physical activity, whether walking or joining a health club or anything active. People are realizing that there are a lot of benefits to getting some form of exercise.
Also, try too shower daily and brushing your teeth three times a day and if that’s to much, than do it first thing after breakfast or first thing you wake up and do it again before you go too bed. If you have a lot of stress or a lot of work that’s causing stress, try to find any type of activity to help take your mind off of it or find a hobby you like too do for fun, whether it be writing, running, reading, cooking etc, anything at all. Well these should come easy but if you take care of your body now, it will only improve or make it stronger later.
