Seven ways to prevent toxins from invading our bodies. |
- Be sure to drink plenty of water. Eight glasses or more of water will help in flushing out the toxins and will surely replenish your body.
- Drink Vitamin C daily. It helps the body in producing glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins.
- Avoid eating junk foods, because it pollutes your body by bringing in toxins inside your system
- Don't drink alcohol, caffeine and give up smoking
- Be sure to exercise daily. Engaging in daily exercise will get your heart pumping and make you sweat. Through this, your pores will release the toxins.
- Take a deep breath. Breathing deeply expands your lungs and allows more oxygen to circulate through your other organs.
- Take in plenty of fiber, because it acts as a brush that sweeps away the toxins. Some of the good sources of fiber are oatmeal, broccoli, pineapple, seaweed, cabbage, and brown rice. you can also drink pineapple juice which not only washes away toxins, but is also a good source of Vitamin C.
