Male Ideal Weight: 50 kg + [ 2.3 kg x ( Body's height in cm -152 ) ] / 2.54
Female Ideal Weight: 45.5kg + [ 2.3kg x ( Body's height in cm - 152 ) ] / 2.54
For example, for male whose height is 170 cm, his ideal weight is 66 kg. As for female with 170 cm in height, her ideal weight is 62kg.
