why not just eat a pomegranate? it would be more satisfying and have less calories and less sugar, and you still get the vitamins.

Blah, live your life as you see fit. Healthy or unhealthy, you are heading towards the inevitable anyway. Why try to delay that?

I drink a product called Naturally Pomegranate and it states that 1 ounce is equivalent to the same level of antioxidant of 15 pomegranates. Makes things a whole lot easier.

I love pomegranites and pomegranite juice, and here is a little fact I know about the juice, its better to drink juice these days because its vitamins are more concentrated and better for getting the most antioxidents out of them. the way they grow fruit these days the fruits never get as much nutrition as they used to.
so drinking juice will help you get the right amount of vitamins and minerals. but if you want some extra fiber or solids then you can eat it whole.

In the States, you can buy it pretty cost-effectively at Costco in concentrate form. Eating fruit is fine but such effects are not apparent. One thing is to enjoy the fruit, another is to drink one oz. to get the equivalent anti-oxidant benefits of 15 in fruit form.

Wrt why delay, it's less that than it is increasing quality of life. I eat a balanced diet, supplement, excercise, and just think clear, am physically younger, and able to enjoy life a lot more. To think that at one time, 30 years were folks' avg lifespan. Using knowledge (is power) like this just is part of our evolution to improve and prolong our quality of life.

Not to mention I'm drinking green tea + pomegrante mix that I got from Tully's Coffee, which also just tastes better. Easy and cost effective at less than a quarter a bag. Certainly cheaper than going to get a cup of joe at retail.

Nar suyunun gerçekten birçok faydası var. Bahsedilenler sadece bu faydalarından birkaç tanesi. Çok güzel bir makale olmuş. Bence herkes okumalı.

Be aware that antioxidants, although great for health, can turn against you if you consume too many. Our body makes it's own source which is why middle aged people tend to develop gout--uric acid (one of natural antioxidants)crystallize in the joints.

So if you want to drink pomegranate juice, try to balance it with the other sources of antioxidants. Personally I liters of this stuff a day, but I don't tons of fruit or vegetables so it makes sense for me.

Yep. I just going to believe this because Rodellega said so. She may not be able to punctuate a sentence properly, or write proper English, but she's an expert on pomegranate juice.
Sure.

Have these claims been evaluated by the F.D.A. or any other watchgroup or are they simply advertising?? Are you aware of the actual sugar count per serving?

This is great information. I actually drink Monavie for the same reasons mentioned in this article. It has pomegranate plus 18 other fruits including acai berry. It's definitely made a difference in my health, energy, cholesterol. http://www.ImaNicePerson.com.
