How to sooth a headache, muscle pain, and fall asleep fast.

Are you loosing sleep due to muscle pain? I am about to tell you how you can ease your muscle pain away, getting a good nights sleep. Waking up refreshed and ready to go! However this article is not intended for people with heart conditions. First of all take a shower! No that's not a joke and this article will help! After taking a shower, get ready to soak yourself in a hot bath, and I mean a hot bath.

Fill your tub up with water so hot you can barely stand it. Let yourself just soak as long as you can. The heat from the water will begin to relax your muscle pain away. When you feel like you cant stand it any longer, let some of the water out, not all of it. Then turn on cold water, cooling the water down, cooling your body temperature down. And just relax your mind, the cool water will also help relax your muscles. Now this process kind of works like “Icy Hot” the process of hot and cold. When you get out go straight to bed and I am sure you will have no problem with falling asleep.
