BEFORE A WILD NIGHT OUT:
- Take a vitamin B or multi-vitamin supplement before a "heavy" night out.
- Drinking a glass of milk or a cup of slippery elm tea, or by eating a banana gives a natural antacid effect to your stomach. This slows down the absorption of alcohol into the bloodstream.

AFTER A WILD NIGHT OUT:
- If you've had bit too much to drink, have two or three glasses of water or herbal tea when you get home.
- Take a vitamin C supplement that contains bioflavonoids, and have a hot shower. Bioflavonoids are known for their anti-oxidant activity. Rich sources are Citrus fruits, tea and wine.
All this helps to flush out the overload of toxins in your body.
