Calming High Blood Pressure

Many different things can easily cause the BP to go higher. However, this can just as easily be prevented and monitored when Cod liver oil and Garlic are taking regularly. Don't worry too much about the smell of garlic onions, you can always brush later or take a mint you are not allergic, too.

Garlic can also be taking in the form of tablets.

Bulimia can easily cause a high blood pressure so that at a time you should survive, it turns out its ugly head thus creating a heart attack when the heart has been overworked with one too many throw ups.

I have put my own bulimia in control although from time to time, it turns up, but then, it is hard work to want to make these efforts to stop very bad habits.

High blood pressure can just as easily be calmed down just as easily as it climbs up.

On discovery of the blood pressure which should be monitored two or more times a week by purchasing one form the store, try to calm down with a bath of mineralizing salt water for half an hour or so then wrap up.

Take Iron tablets regularly and try taking frequent rests in between.

If you lift bags, wait till your BP has calmed down, before lifting simple things again.

Minimize exercise until the BP has calmed down and where applicable, avoid time on the computer or minimize it.
