How to Stay Healthy Part One

How to keep yourself healthy.

  • Plenty of Walking

    Walk everywhere not just around the house or at work but in everyday life eg going to the shop ,visiting neighbors' ,walk the dog more , walk your kids to school, play with your baby more etc etc.
  • Stretches

     Stretches in the mourning before you start your day, touching your toes, jumping jack, and some sits ups not too much same with star jumps.
  • Water, Water, Water

    You're made of about 60 -70 percent of water so you should drink plenty of water 3-4 glasses a day is sufficient. Drink any as long it is out of a tap and clean. Not the bottled water find that bottled water burns my throat a lot.
  • Get in the Mud

    Your also made of clay so it better to get out door to somewhere its muddy or plenty of dirt like digging garden these you will find make you feel more refreshed.
  • Eating

    Eat anything all food is good as long it taking in right proportion. Eat very small portion of sweet stuff each day because your body needs the sugar. Eat a big breakfast best you ever made! A lunch (not as big as your breakfast) and dinner not as big as you lunch. What I'm saying is that you should eat less and less as the day goes round? Do not go on diets or starve these things are not good for your brain and cause even more stress. As I have said before just eat the right portions when your full your full don't eat beyond that. Eat 4-5 small portions of different types of fruit mixed together everyday
  • Drinking

    Water 3-4 glasses as above. Get rid of sodas completely if not just drink one a week. If you're heavy drinker of soda's like anything your heavy in to, just cut down slowly but surely. Sodas are full of corn syrup which is twice or three times sweeter than sugar. Get rid of black tea drink the healthier black or green teas or red teas. Drink the more leafy teas not the baggy teas. Drinks as much as you drank regular teas don't use sugar or milk. Green tea is the best. These types of tea get rid of free radicals that can contribute to certain types of cancer. Never drink tea just before you go to bed even with caffeine free teas they just heat up body and you find it harder to sleep.
  • Cleaning

    Don't clean too much we come from the dirt remember. Clean your house only once or twice a week I don't mean you have to be messy a person I just mean don't have to be spotless just clean in the stress areas. Have plenty of plants in your house to keep the air clean and plus your living amongst the dirt again.
