Useful Ways for Epsom Salt Around the House

There are many uses for Epsom Salt than just for cooking. Did you know that this simple item has many uses and has been used for these tasks for years?

Tough day at work? Epsom Salt can be used for a relaxing and calm bath

Soak yourself in warm water and 2 cups of Epsom salt, and you will be relaxing for hours.

Want a cleaner face? Tired of pimples?

 Try mixing a half-teaspoon of Epsom salt with your regular cleansing cream. Just massage into skin and rinse with cold water.

Feet Hurt, Smelly feet or rough cracked feet

Try adding 1/2 cup of epsom salt to a large pan of warm water. Soak feet for as long as it feels right. Rinse and dry. The bottoms of my friends feet & toes were covered w/ clusters of warts. He soaked them in epsom salt & it worked

Have a nagging splinter you cant just get out?

Try placing it in Epsom salt, it will draw out the splinter.

Epsom salt is great for soaking when you have a Bartholin cysts. It reduces the swelling

well in the united states where i live u can get it from drug stores like eckerd, rite aid, wallgreens...etc...
