Stop Indulging on Caffeine

This doesn't just go for coffee, this goes for anything that contains massive amounts of caffeine to wake you up, such as Mountain Dew, or, more importantly, coffee. It is a proven fact that reducing the intake of caffeine can reduce daily stress, improve health overall, and reduce panic attacks. Since caffeine is a drug and a stimulant, it may cause your body to react to as it would to stress, therefore making you unable to cope with changes in your life.

Drink Green Tea

Drinking a nice cup of green tea to start your day not only wakes you up, but reduces stress. Green tea is loaded with healthy antioxidants. So not only does it relieve stress, but it's healthy too!

Stretch out those muscles

Stretching is one of the best ways to reduce stress and keep healthy. Stretching everyday reduces the possibility of cramps, cricks, and muscle contractions, which add loads of stress to your everyday life. Stretching is a good time waster, and leaves you with a good feeling after you're finished.

Improve your diet

Improving your diet, especially if you're overweight, will make your body improve majorly, not only in health, but in relieving stress.
