Lots of studies have already proved that eating raw vegetables, nuts, and fruits have plenty of benefits like looking younger, fresh and smooth skin, natural hair, sparkling eyes and longer life.
Most vegetarians have reported wonderful results like disappearance of age spots on the face, tighter teeth and healthy gums. Women who eat raw foods look better even without make-up and most of all they are slim and fit.
I personally tried going into raw foods for 10 days and I lost 14 pounds. The best thing about this diet is you can eat as plenty as you want. This is because raw food does not lose the enzymes needed to digest fats.
Aside from that, raw fats in nuts and seeds contains antioxidants that is know to be anti-cancer and helps our nerve, joints and bones to become healthy.
