The amount of caffeine in one cup of coffee is the same as 3 1/2 cans of tea or soda (even though tea doesn't come in a can as far as i know). So go ahead and have that second or third or fourth cup of coffee one day it could just save your life not just by committing suicide but emotionally as well.
