The issue of food security is becoming less stressful than in the last twenty years. The oil crisis in the eighties brought to light the problem of desertification. The desert in the Sahel, in North and West Africa was gaining more and more space. There are strategies to cope with the desert and there is experimentation which was successful in Saudi Arabia.
So, food is important because that is what we need in order to survival. There are different types of foods like vegetables, cereals, fruits, daily products, grains for instance. These foods have to be taken moderately. The cereals are good for resistance. The daily products and fruits seem to have the same vitamin which is vitamin C. This last vitamin is also found in the sunshine. I have found out that too much vitamin C is not good. Alcohol is sometimes made out of fruit fermentation. One of the famous one is Rhum which is produced in Cuba. You need to consume moderately fruits.
Then, thanks to food that is how our blood is balanced. There are red cells and white cells. The amount of each one of them is important. The red cells do not have to exceed the red cells. Red cells come especially from vegetables and white cell from fruits essentially. When the white cells diminish this means that the immune system becomes lower.
In this matter, those that are lucky have the universal type of blood which is designated as “O”. Those who are “O” can be universal blood donors. The population who are mainly agriculturalists tend to be “A” or “B”. I remember writing a paper on how peasants can do extra work. Probably this can help them to change their blood type. Charles Darwin theory is not wrong in this idea because there are those who still get an “A” or “B” blood type although they are not agriculturalists.
Thus, nobles are said to have the blue blood. The blue vein is a sign of nobility. Good food is a sign of health and hospitality.
