Eating More Meats Causing Bad Mood

Eating more meats not only deteriorate our health, but also causing us bad mood. Thus, we should reduce the intake of meat to secure a healthy life.

The recent research revealed that people who consumed lots of meat will have low and bad mood. When human body exceeds 35 degree Celsius, high body temperature leads to more perspiration causing the increase of blood viscosity. At this moment, people will feel uneasy and discomfort. When someone consumes meat at this time, his or her temper becomes even worst.

As meat contains lots of animal proteins, it can decrease the content of tryptophan in our brain, thus causing people become aggressive, worried, quarrelsome and bellicose. Moreover, meat contains low calcium, and hence eating more meat causes our body to a lower calcium concentration. People will tend to be very moody and irascible.

Meat too, contains high proportion of saturated fat, consuming more meat will definitely resulting in blood hardening, and subsequently increasing the blood pressure. High blood pressure is a major cause to emotional instability.

Meat can manipulate human's emotion; this fact was initially realized by the ancient Greece many years ago. It was reported in their historic documentation that each time before the warriors went for the war, there would be a grand banquet serving for bulk of meats. The reason is when these warriors consumed lots of meat, they became irascible and irritated and thus increasing their combat capability.

Similarly, during the 1992 Gulf War, the military administrative had supplied lots of turkey. The number of turkey supplied was more than daily supply of fifty thousands. The American soldiers consumed more turkey meats before going for the war. The theory is simple, that is meat foods will increase their attacking ability in the war.

People who consume light and simple diet for longer periods, not only they are healthy but also they have very gentle emotion. American biologists had documented their results that vegetables and fruits contain lots of serotonin which tends to increase human's sleepy ability, and more importantly decreasing human's offensive property.

In 1953 a Professor Macht at John Hopkins did a study on Biblically Clean animals VS unclean ones ,and shows a death emzyme in unclean animals. These animals are scavengers or agressive animals and often kill and eat their own kind. The Sages say that the attributes of the eaten animal are passed on to the consumer.I have noticed that vegetarians tend to be less agressive and more compassionate than meat eaters.I wonder how much pork the military serves knowing the effect of the agessive scavenging nature of pigs?
