Do not eat or drink while talking, standing, walking or lying down on the bed.
Be always fasting after lunch time to maintain stomach's health. It is recommended fasting twice a week.
Do not overeat but eat moderately
Do not take supper or any meals after 8 p.m.
Do not eat too hot or too cold food. Never eat just cooked food or food just taken out from the fridge directly.
Drinks with ice cube or cold drinks should be discouraged.
Reduce diet rich in salt, fat and sugar.
Reduce the intake of sweetened, carbonated, alcoholic and caffeine drinks
Avoid eating food contains food coloring, preservatives, MSG, non-natural flavors or any other chemical additive foodstuffs.
Reduce the intake of canned, bottled food and drinks.
Avoid junk food like candies, chocolates, lollipops and etc.
Reduce the intake cakes, cookies and biscuits.
Avoid instant food like instant noodles, breads, pizzas and etc.
Drink fruit juice or eat raw organic fruits in the early morning before taking breakfast. Our ancestors believe that eating raw naturally grown fruits in the early morning is a good reward for health.
Take a balance diet daily. Select foods rich in fibers, vitamins and enzymes.
Eat more fresh, organic leafy vegetables and fruits.
Always consume nuts, peas, beans and whole-wheat for better protein intake and mental development.
Do not drink too much water or other fluids immediately after every meal.
Do not eat fruits when going to have meals or after the meals immediately.
