Fad diets and how to avoid them!
1. Have you ever found yourself a victim of this craze (fad dieting?)Do you loose, and gain weight uncontrollably? Well then we have something in common! I have been searching for the (perfect diet) for years, and have never been successful! After years of (what am I doing wrong)I figured out what a lot of people already know. there is no “break through” when it comes to weight loss. There is one simple answer...... if you thought I was going to say eat right you were wrong. There is so much more to it than that!!! I found that in order for my body to loose the extra weight all aspects of my life are involved! If you are getting to much sleep, or not enough sleep, that would be one reason for your weight roller coaster! Do you drink water throughout the day.
2. So do I, but what I didn't realize... I wasn't drinking enough!! How to tell if your not drinking enough water. If your hungry all the time,tired a lot,thirsty,when your body is telling you...(I need a soft drink) what you really need is about 40 ounces of water. Most of the time we mistake thirst for hunger. So if you feel like your hungry next time try to go for a big glass of water instead. If you still feel hungry, small snack!! never eat quickly, give your body time to realize how much you have consumed!! try not to think of food. Instead visualize yourself with that sexy trim figure we are all trying to achieve!! I have been keeping a journal of my food intake. VERY IMPORTANT!!! When you look back on some of the things you ate, or the big portions it helps you to realize what you have been doing wrong!
