I hope these tips work for you. You can use any or all of them and you should lower your cholesterol.
*LDL - low-density lipoprotein - it's found in meats, milk, eggs, and butter. It oxidizes in the bloodstream prompting immune cells to ingest them. Once full, these immune cells adhere to the walls of arteries, forming plaque and eventually clogging the arteries. This is pretty gross when you think about it.
*HDL - high-density lipoprotein - absorbs LDL cholesterol from the bloodstream and carries it to the liver to be excreted from the body. If the LDL level rises too high, the HDL cholesterol cannot do its job fast enough, leaving excess LDL cholesterol in the bloodstream.
