It is said that eating health does make us happy especially in those gloomy months of the winter. So most of these depressions of drowned in healthy food walks outside in the air when it is not raining ,you make not feel like going out but believe strolling outside and down to the swimming bathes for a swim makes for feel the world of good.
Apparently two cups of coffee a day can reduce depression, mind you similar fact towards coffee stat that if you drink coffee whilst pregnant women are most likely to have a miscarriage so don't conduct this exercise if you are pregnant in the early stages.
Bananas are an anti-depressant and very good for you there have been no negative feed back for bananas so go crazy because some foods have advantage and disadvantages unlike the Mighty banana.
Walnuts are a good mood lifter so instead of sinking your head in peanut or a bowl of chocolate which is also a depressant but don't have too much because its bad and will make you fat and then we cant enjoy it that much so control ladies, so walnut from now on.
Sweets nope unfortunately there aren't on the happy list but we could replace them with date ah yeah not only are the sweet but they will give your bowel a good clean and make you nice and healthy after all a constipated person is a unhappy person.
Diet coke BAD very bad for you did you know that diet coke or diet any pops are worse for you than that full fat ones because there aspartame within the recipe that can actually cause cancer and liver failure, so I bet your wondering o dear another bad thing to eat well no we can swap the pop for squashes, juice, fruit smoothies, water, milk lots of other healthy drinks that will help you live longer and happier.
Swap those fatty crisps to guess what popcorn yes lovely popcorn I bet your think hmm butter, toffee ,salt o well I guess the experiment starts here I don't know which flavour is good for you so why don't you lucky people try your hand at them and see for yourself which popcorn make you happy I would prefer toffee but I am naughty.

Friends no we don't eat our friends it is a fact that friends make us happy if we didn't have friends it is said that we could spend over 25,000 just to make up for the loss so make sure you socialize often if you don't have many friends there are plenty of opportunities to make some take the gym fro example a aerobic or yoga class is 1 healthy for you 2, you can make new friends and finally 3 it gets you out of your home and into sociable experience so much better than sitting in the house no friends bad health from just watching TV all day and stuffing you self with junk food.
