Some suggestions for healthy food on service...

So, do you want to eat healthy, right ? What is your regular dinner ? Do you order food online or you like to make your own food ? If you like Chinese food you can try Chinese chicken legs with rice add some broccoli and you are set. Chinese food is very rich in saturated fat, so be careful, some Chinese specialties can contain the full recommended amount for one day.
