Mango

Mango is known as King of all fruits. Although it makes us fatty but it consist of lots of mineral, vitamin and fibers.
Mango is a great source of Vitamin C and vitamin A.
Both vitamins act as antioxidant, which removes free radicals from body thus prevent anti aging.
It is excellent source of dietary fibers, so it fight against constipation.
It also contains mineral like potassium, which is important for kidney function.
Beta-carotene found in mango keeps our eye healthy.
Orange

Orange is great source of Vitamin C and rich in fibers.
One orange supplies 116% of the daily value for Vitamin C.
Vitamin C frees our body from antioxidant. It prevents cold. It removes free radical.
Free radical oxidises cholesterol. After being oxidized it attached to the artery wall and builds up clot inside artery wall, which eventually grow larger to block the artery and stop blood flow or ruptures to cause heart attack.
Since vitamin C neutralises free radical, it can help to prevent the oxidation of cholesterol.
Therefore, orange helps to lower the risk of heart attack.
Aside Vitamin C it also contain little amount of little amount of vitamin B1, folic acid and thiamin.
Banana

Banana is rich in potassium and low in sodium. It is said that a banana a day balances our blood pressure. The average banana contains a whopping 467 mg of potassium and only 1 mg of sodium.
Due to antacid property of banana, it also prevents us from ulcer. A mixture of a banana and milk suppressed the secretion of acid.
It cleans our bowel.
Bananas are a rich source of fructooligosaccharide, which is known as prebiotic compound. This compound nourishes probiotic bacteria in the colon. Apple

Apples are good source of iron, potassium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, soluble and insoluble dietary fibers.
Iron prevent anemia.
Soluble fibers like pectin,prevents the formation of clots by cholesterol along the lining of the blood vessel.Thus protect from atherosclerosis and heart disease.
The insoluble fiber in apples provides bulk in the intestinal tract, holding water to cleanse and move food quickly through the digestive system.
Vitamin A and C acts as an antioxidant. It neutralized free radicals thus prevent cell damaging.
It is good to eat apple with skin because skin contains most vitamin C.
