Good Tips for the Fat Smash Dieter

Tips of good recipes for the fat smash diet.

Need to lose some weight, but have trouble getting results? The fat smash diet is my favorite way to lose weight. There are plenty of foods to eat so you don't go hungry; it's just a matter of making some good foods. You can make great tasting foods that resemble what you are usually used to.

For starters let's review the fat smash diet. This is the guidelines of the first 9 days.

Phase 1 - The detox phase

This is what you are allowed to have:

  • all fruit
  • all vegetables except white potatoes and avocados
  • tofu
  • dried beans (e.g., chickpeas, lentils)
  • brown rice
  • oatmeal
  • limited skim or soy milk
  • herbs and spices
  • low-fat yogurt (no more than 12 oz. daily)
  • up to 4 egg whites daily
  • herbal tea
  • unlimited water
  • 3 table spoons low fat dressing for veggies
  • Minimum amount of olive oil for grilling veggies

Now there are plenty of things you can eat given these items. For starters, you can have French fries. Although you cannot have white potatoes, you can have red potatoes. I like to take them and cut them like fries, then put them in the oven until they are crispy. Mmmm they are delicious! Next is taco salad. You can have lettuce, rice, tomatoes, onions and peppers. Then I take my beans (usually black beans) and put them in a food processor and they are like refried beans. Top it off with a spicy ranch dressing, it is amazing! And then there are some resteraunts that you can go to.

If you live near a BD Mongolians, you can have a vegetarian dish. They even serve brown rice. The only difference is that most of their sauces aren't low fat. And for dessert, I take my yogurt and put it in ice cube trays. Then I take some bananas and cut them into pieces and freeze them as well (or any other fruit for that matter.) Then when all is frozen, I take it to my food processor with a splash of milk and once smooth, it tastes like ice cream! There is lots to make, just be creative.
