Few of the plants that are really beneficial for health of human beings are Bilberry, Milk Thistle and Green Tea. From the above mentioned plants let's talk about Bilberry in detail. Bilberries are the low growing shrubs that bear fruits in the Vaccinium. It is even related to cranberries and blueberries.

Bilberries are really beneficial for the human body as it helps in healing diseases like mucous membrane inflammation, varicose veins and diarrhea. The herb is mostly found in fruits which are dark skinned. It even helps in improving eye's health as well as for the arteries as it helps in hardening them. Many people have benefited from the herb as it also helps in improving the night vision of a person. As a result it was used by the British pilots at the time of World War II. Even according to many researches done on the herb, results have shown that it acts very beneficial for the eyes as it helps the eyes in the adjustment at the time of quick change in light.

In many parts of Europe Bilberry is used to heal venous insufficiencies, because of which varicose veins and swelling is caused. In addition to this, it helps in decreasing any kind of itching and pain that is caused in the body. It acts on the skin ulcers which are combat that are caused on the legs. By many doctors around the world, Bilberry is recommended for heart patients as it helps in improving the blood circulation as well as improving the artery walls. Moreover Bilberry contains many antiseptic properties as well. The above mentioned points shows all the benefits of Bilberry herb for a human body.
