Healthy Food

Foods that are heathy, that you eat every day.

These Healthy Foods are also herbs.

Most people eat these foods because they like them and don’t realize the have healthy properties except they are fruits or vegetable. Another words they have vitamins.

[Example] Mother says eat your Peas! Well peas are starchy foods, so is corn but corn and green beans are better for you overall.

Here is a small list, See if you favorite food is here.

This list only covers some of there properties.

Star Fruit:

Eaten raw with salt or in a salad or even used in jams, it reduces blood sugar levels in diabetics, hypertension, gingivitis, and acne.

Papaya:

Eaten raw, treats constipation and hemorrhoids.

Citrus Fruit [Oranges, Lemons, Limes, Tangerines, Grapefruit, etc, There are 16 species]

The fruit or juice are eaten or drank for vitamin C. It is good for healthy skin, and reduces the chance of cancer.

Garlic:

Is a vegetable, mostly used as a spice. Garlic purifies the blood, reduces blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood clotting, colds, bronchitis, and lead poisoning, pulmonary tuberculoses, whooping cough, helps to control acne.

Pineapple:

Eaten raw or fresh helps menstrual, urinary, and digestive problems, beriberi, worms, and nervous exhaustion, the fruit and juice intensifies antibiotics, and breaks down fiber proteins that cause heart attacks and strokes.

Wild Strawberries:

Raw or jammed is full of potassium and iron.

Oats:

As in breads or oatmeal; is rich in vitamin E and protean. Good for you heart, thymus gland, nerves, estrogen deficiency, cholesterol, colds, muscular sclerosis, shingles, depression, and menopauses.

Sweet Peppers [Bell Peppers] Cooked or raw

Rich in vitamin C, it stimulates the digestive system, stimulates the sensory nerves and circulation.

These Healthy Foods are also herbs.

Cucumber:

Is a fruit and is eaten raw, in a salad on picketed. The fresh juice soothes sunburns.

Pumpkin:

Expels worms and prevents prostate problems.

Sunflower:

Seed or cooking oils are good for kidney inflammation, diuretic, and coughs.

Tomatoes:

Mostly eaten raw or in salads or stewed, they are rich in minerals and vitamin that help with vitality. They slow the aging process, helps to restores the skins pH levels, lessens the chance of men getting prostate cancer, and eases head aches.

Beans [Green Beans, Wax Beans, etc]:

Cooked or steamed or even raw is rich in vitamins and protein. The bean pod helps in reducing high blood pressure, regulate blood sugar metabolism, and ulcers.

Potatoes:

They are a good sores of potassium. They are full of vitamin B and C, potassium and starch. The juice from a fresh cut potato soothes and heals burns of all kinds.

Corn:

Corn is a starchy food and is hard to digest, and it removes the iodine from your body. Corn starch is an antidote for iodine poisoning.

i think this artical is very interesting. i wish there was more of what is good for you in the list.

There is a typo in the sentance before starfruit..... hope you find it..... it doesnt help your credibility for my english paper if there is typos...... thanks.....
