Is Energy Drinks Actually Taking Your Energy

Energy drinks are basically boost of energy that uses all your energy in a short period, leaving you feeling like a zombie after you daily workout or sport. There are many other drinks that can actually give you a daily energy boost.

The following is not to discourage you from drinking energy drinks like Gatorade, but to open your eyes and hopefully give you a healthier aspect on what your body consumes.

  • Chocolate Milk, because of its carbs it will give you an energy boost.
  • Green Tea contains caffeine that will give you a healthier energy boost that will keep you pumped up for the day. It's also medically proven that Green Tea helps loose weight. By drinking one a day for about a month chances are you could loose 5 pounds.
  • Our good friend Coffee will give us an energy boost because of its caffeine.
