How to cut fat in everyday foods.

Cutting fat in cooking is extremely important from the health perspective - because excess fat can lead to many bodily disorders like heart diseases, diabetes, hypertension, uneasiness, obesity, etc.

Here are some tips how you can cut the fat content while cooking.

  1. Nowadays you can get non-stick cooking spray. You can go for such alternatives instead of using more butter and cheap oils for cooking.
  2. You can go for vegetables and green leafy stuffs rather than using high fat content meat and beefs.
  3. Blotting papers are essential for me in my kitchen. Whenever I fry or cook oily things I do use blotting papers to grain any extra oil.
  4. You can go for egg substitutes for beef and meat to cut fat content.
  5. Use low fat content or skimmed milk in your cooking especially while preparing creamy soups.
  6. French fries are another staple meals in most of the European countries,may be even abroad otherwise.Use potato fries instead of deep oil fried French fries.
  7. You can go for leafy vegetables,and fruits which control your cholesterol and keep a balanced cholesterol level in your body.
  8. Reduce cheese, butter and any other fat content in your breakfasts.Instead you can have fruit jams, and juices.
  9. You can use microwaves instead of ovens and gas chimmnies for cooking that may require you to directly fry your food items in oil or butter.

Ultimately, you can consult any physician for what kind of food and fat content you can take depending upon the cholesterol capability your body can sustain.
