Miracle Foods

There are many fruits and vegetables with healing properties. You probably see these everyday, but give no special thought to them.

Here is a list of amazing Fruits and Vegetables that can be used regularly to provide the same effect as many over-the-counter drugs, and maybe even most prescribed drugs. And before I continue I must first state that after a bit of unnecessary (so because I already knew this) research I found that foods of a Vegetable origin are of a lot more benefit to you than those of an Animal origin.

Foods of a Vegetable origin provides everything we expect from foods, such as energy, nutrients, pleasure, they prevent or cure diseases and disorders; and they will do the body no harm. Foods of an Animal origin do also provide energy and pleasure, but is incomplete in the provision of nutrients (none, or maybe little vitamin E, vitamin C, carbohydrates, or cellulose fiber), they do not cure or prevent disorders or diseases except in specific cases, and they are not completely safe for consumption.

And now to continue with my list, hopefully the above information will get you interested in your own research on Meats versus Fruits and Vegetables. This list however, will focus on fruits and vegetables with healing properties, and can be used more often, hopefully reducing the need for prescribed and un-prescribed drugs.

Nice article. If you had mentioned about how to actually consume them and in what quantities to benefit maximum, it would have been the best natural and alternate referance for drugs.
Agree with #4 tom, you may have to eat them in tons....but like its said, 'something is better than nothing'!!
