Protection From Cancer

Proper Diet and enough supplement can prevent cancer.

Right Diet is one way to prevent cancer - By adding a high fiber diet everyday may fend off cancer by quickly removing toxins out of your body. The Fat Fatty foods stimulate bile acids, that result problem.

Here are some secrets of cancer prevention:

  1. Avoid too much stressing which is probably the actual cause of cancer
  2. Take fresh garlic daily, one clove two to three times daily. Cut the cloves cross- wise into 5 or 6 pieces, then swallow with water once you are half-way in your meal to avoid gastric irritation.
  3. Take vitamin A: 5,000 I.U. per day 0r 10,000 I.U. every other day, to be taken after meal.
  4. Follow the dosage of vitamin E everyday: 400 I.U. if your weight is 150 pounds and above; 200 I.U. if your weight is 100 pounds or below. Between 100 pounds and 150 pounds take 300 I.U. of native vitamin E. To be taken once you are half-way in your meal to avoid stomach discomfort.
  5. Take vitamin C: 500mcg. Before bedtime. To be taken once are half-way in your meal to avoid stomach distress.
  6. Selenium: 50mcg. Once a day, Garlic, onions and Brewer's yeast are rich sources of selenium.
  7. Do not smoke
  8. Take high fiber diet such as vegetables and fruits
  9. Replace animal meat to fish meat
