The Dairy Industry is Lying to You

Dairy products are a huge health hazard. They are filled with saturated fat and cholesterol. They are contaminated with cow's blood and pus and are frequently contaminated with pesticides, hormones, and antibiotics.

Most of us have been brainwashed since we were very little to believe that Milk “does a body good”. We see commercials on tv depicting Olympic athletes winning gold medals and thanking Milk for making their bones strong. Commercials dipiciting a smiling Britney Spears with a milk mustache.

Milk isn’t so much a drink as a multi-million dollar corporation, identical to other corporations like H& M or Microsoft. In our modern times consumers have become very savvy, and we have learned to not automatically trust everything that we see on tv, or read in the newspapers. We pride ourselves on being wise, and not letting ourselves be taken advantage of by money hungry corporations. Most people would never just go out and buy a product simply because a commercial told you how amazing it is and how much you need it. But how many of you have researched Milk, a product that people blindly consume everyday.

Milk doesn’t care about your well being. Simmilar to other huge companies, It has a CEO and billions of employess that have to be paid. It has an advertising team, marketers, and promoters. Milk will spend any amount of money to convince you that you need it’s product.

Dairy products are a huge health hazard. They are filled with saturated fat and cholesterol. They are contaminated with cow's blood and pus and are frequently contaminated with pesticides, hormones, and antibiotics. In America, the FDA Researchers estimate that an ordinary glass of milk contains between one and seven drops of pus. Dairy products are linked to allergies, constipation, obesity, heart disease, cancer, and other diseases.

A comprehensive review article published in Pediatrics Magazine in 2005 suggested that getting extra calcium makes no difference in bone density in children or young adults.
Medical evidence shows that dairy product consumption contributes to obesity, ear infections, constipation, respiratory problems, heart disease, and some cancers.
To maintain strong bones, children need weight-bearing activity, sunlight, and a diet consisting of lots of fruits and vegetables. Healthy calcium can be found in fortified juices, soymilk, greens, beans, and many other foods that avoid the problems associated with Milk.

A recent Harvard University study suggests that dairy products may actually cause osteoporosis, not prevent it, since their high-protein content leaches calcium from the body.

Remember to be a smart consumer, and do your research before you do something that could negatively affect your health. The smiling cow on your television proclaiming the benefits of Milk may not have your best interest in mind, he only wants your money.

I 100% Agree with you. :)

There are so many better options besides milk, like: sprouted seeds and nuts (almond, sunflower, punpukin, hemp, soy, oats, etc) and they are all much better for your health and karma-free.

Peace out.

Go milk-free ;)
