I have been a vegetarian for seven years. Originally, I did it on a bet. However, after a month of seeing how it affected everything I did. I made the change permanent. There are many myths about vegetarians. One myth is that we do not get enough protein. That is a lie; my diet consists of lots of vegetables. Soy also is one of many things I eat.
I choose to be healthy. The food you eat now is so contaminated with pesticides and antibiotics. Not to mention growth hormones. Ever wonder why twelve year old girls look eight teen. It all starts with the food you eat. If you examine what they are putting in your food. I promise you that there is no way you would still put that crap in body without having nightmares. Have any questions let me know. Every day as a vegetarian is a new experience someday, I still wonder if I am missing eating meat but I know what would happen if I went back. Once I accidentally got meat in my food, I had to go to the emergency room. My body is no longer used to meat so if I get it in my system on accident I will get severely ill and have to go to the hospital. I rarely go out to eat because I know people are human. The benefits clearly outweigh the negatives.
