Why Drink Coffee?

Drink it when you really need it.

Coffee is nothing but a bunch of caffeine in water. All caffeine does is increase your circulation to your blood. The amazing coffee beans have an interesting history.

Coffee beans have to be processed and then granulated for them to mix with either water or milk. Some companies may super saturate each chunked granule of coffee to make the coffee stronger or weaker. To make it weaker the granules have to be made smaller. It is a simple principle really - you make each granule denser- density is mass over volume - which can be done by either increasing the mass and keeping the volume the same, or by decreasing the volume and keeping the mass the same. Density is inversely related volume and directly related to mass. So companies may decide to play with density to make the coffee stronger or weaker.

The coffee drinkers often feel a rush of energy. This energy is caused due to the caffeine molecules being taken in by the stomach walls. From there they are delivered to cells where the mitochondrial mechanism is accelerated - the mitochondrion is the energy house of a cell.

Most importantly Caffeine increases the brain functioning. People experience an increase in thinking ability, increased focus, and an increased insulin production.

What this means is better productivity by the people.

Why isn't everyone drinking coffee? Because there are other sources of caffeine than just coffee. When you drink soda, you are drinking caffeine, when you drink an energy drink you are drinking caffeine. Caffeine also has a half-life. This means the amount of time before the potency of caffeine reduces in half. Usually this is 3-5 hours for most adults. For babies this is a lot longer. It all depends on the condition of your liver, because liver is responsible for breaking down the caffeine molecules. If you have a good liver, the caffeine will be broken down faster. This means that you get a burst of energy faster.

Incase you have not caught my drift do not drink coffee. I am trying to be sarcastic. Caffeine gets you addicted to it. It is a drug that you do not need to feel the burst of energy. Live a healthy life. Increased insulin production actually causes body to store fat.

I am not saying you can never drink coffee, I am saying that only do it when you absolutely have to perhaps studying for a test late at night, or to make up some of your sleep deficit. Get Real!
