why not try to make vegetable juice concoction of: half of each of celery, cucumber, green bell pepper, green apple and ampalaya or bitter gourd. Extraction of juice can be done using juicer. Try everyday late in the afternoon for effect the following day. This concoction is a good anti oxidant.
