There is an increasing trend of Coronary Heart Diseases. Heart attack and stroke are the causes of largest number of deaths all over the world. In spite of various of its treatments available these days, there is no sign of any decreasing trend. Like many other ailments, food habit has been suggested to be one of the major causes. Be aware of such factors to avoid this disease.
