Health Priorities

The baby boom's population should be the ones to improve their health for their children's sake.

Where do we begin when the value of health is changing in our bodies everyday? As we get older the quantities, and needs of the body changes. The most important group of people at this time seems to be the baby boomers. The leading edge of the baby boomers is turning 61 years old. The latter edge of this group is turning 43 years old. I give them the edge on importance because they have a large quantity of people that affects the economy. I'm focusing on the medical needs and cost increases that affect the entire population. Mental health is a part of our lives just as much as physical health. Stresses from the economic effects are on the baby boomers and their children. 70 plus percent of the population has just been accounted for and I can't get a bigger group of people affected by any other single age group of Americans.

The human body over 30 years of age requires fewer calories and more nutrients to maintain a more youthful appearance and operation. Muscle mass begins to atrophy in the current accepted diet between 30 years and 40 years of age. Let's start here with some natural supplements to support a more youthful body with people of higher ages. Several groups have performed clinical studies. Published in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, Fish Oils with Omega fatty acids are about the most useful natural health supplement for every age group. We are specifically aiming at the baby boom generation.

Our children should pay attention to this notice for their future health. DHEA and the better 7-Keto DHEA in combination of calcium citrate, vitamin C, vitamin D, and chromium fixed with niacin can be used to reduce the effects of aging muscles and decreasing metabolic rate. A Green tea extract in combination will help clean up the cellular refuge from their increased activities. This is a good combination for maintaining your bodies closer to the peak of health. You can read the journals or find a good health foods store that will put in the ballpark for quantities of these items.

Take your food health supplements, and adjust them to your bodies' responses. If you are uncomfortable with your knowledge level consult your Family Doctor as you improve your health. You can do it because I did it. Bettering the health of the baby boom generation will decrease the negative effects on the baby boom's children's economy. This is to the betterment of their mental health.

I personally use Fish Oils twice per day. I have had open-heart surgery and I have found that L-Carnosine 2 times per day benefits my performance with better health feelings. I am fair skinned living in Florida so I take 800 to 1200 mcg Selenium daily to prevent skin cancer. I use Thiamine 100 mg twice per day with Niacin Flush Free 500mg 2 times per day to help control lipids, Cholesterol and glucose levels. I am in the baby boom generation and I think it is our duty to make ourselves healthier to take some of the economic burden off our children. We the People need to act in our country.
