What is Acne?

Red pimples found on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders is called Acne. Acne is not a serious health threat but, it can cause scars

What cause Acne

  • for teenagers -when in teenagers, hormone will increase . So this can push oil gland to plug up more often.
  • makeup
  • 3.pollution
  • 4.some medicine like birth control pills
  • 5.hormones during pregnant.

What can make acne worst

  • Picking pimples
  • Before 2 or 7 days period start when hormone changing
  • Pollution
  • Food

How to treat Acne

  • Wash your face everyday. You can clean your face with Acne soap , mild or face cleaning.
  • Do not picking or squeeze pimples. That can make skin infection and then make Acne problem can be worst.
  • Avoid greasy makeup. After your makeup ,make sure your wash your face to remove dirt or makeup.

Some drugs or medication can help to prevent Acne problem like:

  • Pills Accutane -long term drug for acne. But seriously this drugs cannot take when pregnancy .It is because cant effect baby.
  • Meet Dermatologist to gets shot of cortisone to eliminate a pimple
  • Wash your face with anti bacteria or anti acne facing wash.
  • Also you can try facial mud mask. This may shrink pimple.
