How to Get Rid of Acne

Do you worry how your face looks? Is it full of acne? Then look here to find out how to control it.

Most teenagers have acne. It is very embarrassing, as it distracts others from seeing how good looking you are. But you can reduce it, and even get rid of it.

Your diet will greatly affect getting pimples. You want to stay away from junk foods, such as: chocolate, cookies, chips, etc. If you eat a lot of these, then you will wake up the next day with pimples. Try finding healthier choices for something sweet. Fruit is a great substitute.

Keep your face clean. If you go outside for a while, your face will most likely get dirty. So once you get inside, wash your face. Otherwise, the dirt will get trapped in your pores and then they will clog. Leaving small, dark-colored pores on your face. These are very unsightly.

Keep your face oil-free. Oil on your face allows the acne-causing bacteria to grow. So after you sweat, or whenever else your face gets oily, splash your face with water, then dry off with a towel. This will get rid of most of the oil, assuming your completely dry your face off.

These will greatly help you reduce your acne, but to completely get rid of it, you should use products. There are three different products you should use. They are: one that cleans pores, one that fights acne (usually pads that contain alcohol), and one that helps replenish your skin. Use the acne pads whenever necessary, but no more than 3 times a day. These work great to remove oil from your skin. Use the pore cleaner once a day, preferably while you shower. After using the pore cleaner, you should use the skin replenishing wash. This will keep your face clean and prevent your skin from drying out from the other products. (note: never use the pads near the time you use the other products, as this will result in dry, flaky skin. It will also make your face feel very tight and unpleasant).

Follow these guidelines, and you will be on your way to a blemish-free face that attracts attention.

I'm a swimmer, and the chlorine literally keeps my acne in great control because I have a very oily skin. But, the downside is that whenever i don't swim, it comes back. It's definitely a phase, and most teens grow out of it.

I thought I'd point out that overwashing your face will actually have a reverse effect because your face will miss its natural oils and produce even more sebum, creating more acne...

Hi,
I used to have really bad acne . It was pretty embarassing to go to college with my acne patched face and I was desperate to get rid of it somehow. I took plenty of efforts to keep my face clean all the time and also ate nutritious food and drank lots of water. Unfortunately none of it helped. I then recently read an article about a lady who got rid of her acne using a particular product. I tried it and it worked really well. Within 4 weeks my acne was gone completely. Really good stuff. You can read more about the lady’s article at the link below.
