I have to admit that starving yourself to lose weight is the quickest way there is. It is also most the unhealthy way too. You don't want to go down that route trust me.
You will not like the feel or the look. You can lose up to 10 pounds a week going into starvation mode with your body. By doing this you are guaranteed to can back double of what you lost.
Your body knows what you are doing when you are starving yourself. So it goes into starvation mode. What happens here is that what ever food you eat afterward, your body will hold on to it making it harder for you to lose the weight back. You will gain back twice of what you lost by doing this. You will also slow down your metabolism and could possibly die.
This situation is common for most teens because they want to look nice like other girls or they want to get boyfriends or just simply to fit in with the crowd. And how would I know because I am a teen and I went through it. I wanted to be pretty like all my friends. I wanted boys to talk to me, I wanted to fit in. So, I decided to go on a diet. I lost abut 6 pounds in one month. Even though I was happy I lost the weight, I wasn't satisfied with the results so I look up on weight loss and came across this website on people who starved themselves. I wanted to lose weight fast and quick. It was the only resource I had to rely on.
So For about 3 days I didn't eat. But when the forth day came around I ate like crazy! I could believe myself. I truly was scared honestly. I never seen myself react to food this way. In the end I gained back the 6 pounds and another 3 pounds. I felt sick and tired like I was going crazing. But I over came the bad days and now I'm starting on my good.
