10 short, small, right to the point tips to help be stay fit.
Eat healthy. Do not eat fast food more then once every two weeks. Snack on things like, fruit, or vegetables. Every now and then you can cut a little on your diet, and eat something a little greasy, but keep the portions small!
Portion sizes. If your a big eater much like myself, you probably will snack a lot bigger. Don't! Try to find something that will fill you. If that doesn't work out, try smaller portions. When you're hungry, chew on a piece of gum.
No midnight snacks! Sorry, but this is a big no-no. If you wake up in the middle of the night, craving food, go back to bed. That is what breakfast was meant for, to get your day started and to fill your tummy.
Don't skip meals, especially breakfast. A lot of people think this helps, and may work sometimes, but skipping meals will just lead to snacking. Skipping breakfast usually will help your day run a lot smoother, even if you just eat a tiny bit.
Exercise is the key. If you're a lazy type that doesn't think exercise does anything, weigh yourself in a month. Exercise is essential for everyone. One hour a day OF anything for two months can help you! It doesn't matter if it's running, jump roping or even walking! It helps a lot more then doing nothing.
Get plenty of sleep. If you do not get a lot of sleep, you won't have a lot of energy.
Keep away from diet pills/patches. This is the lazy way out, and will take much longer then just exercising and eating normally.
Cut your computer/TV time in half, and use that other half to exercise.
Weigh yourself every week to find out if you are doing good, or slacking on the job.
