Definitely - yes. I would like to share my experience with all those people who are expecting to loose their weight eating junk food and believing that it works. I obviously understand this great desire to manage your shape using all these methods eating more and loosing without struggle. But the reality is if
you loose the weight fast you will gain it back in accordingly equal amount of time.
The idea to loose the weight came to my head not because I wanted to look more attractive but to feel light and healthy. I did not spend too much time deciding when
to start. People's nature is always to postpone the difficult to the latest possible time.
The way it actually works is:
- Make a firm decision.
- The main criteria is to eat properly.
- At any point of loosing the weight exercise - otherwise your muscles will hang like a piece of material.
- Combine different types of exercise - swimming, jogging, gym, tennis, walking and etc but DO NOT overdo it.
- Eat the last meal four hours prior to going to bed.
- Healthy weight loosing is about 0.5 kg per week.
- Always eat at the same time. Lets say 8 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM and 7 PM.
- Never let yourself to be very hungry - more hungry you are more you eat.
- It is more difficult to loose the weight after giving a birth and medications and over 45 years old.
The diet I had (and two more people I know) was to eat four times a day the way described below:
- breakfast - a piece of wholegrain bread, a boiled egg, 25 g of butter, coffee black or with milk 2%
- lunch - a piece of boiled chicken, a piece of wholegrain bread, a bit of chicken soup not heavy, green beans
- dinner - yogurt plain 1-2 % 150 g, a piece of wholegrain bread, coffee or tea
- late dinner - a piece of fish (grilled or boiled or any other no heavy way), a piece of wholegrain bread, some naturally squeezed juice
Please remember that you should not eat bananas, sugar, alcohol, white bread and fried food. You could replace the products to something equal and only boiled.
I used to exercise three times a week - one time swimming for an hour, second time jogging for 30 minutes and finally third time going to gym. Gym time was growing from 30 minutes to 1.5 hour. The best way is to find a proper instructor for your gym. He will always watch you so you will not overdo it. As I mentioned before it is very important.
