Weight Loss is a fight by which only people with this problem seem to think is hard. Thin people eat light. Thin people eat salads, and small portions. Heavy people seem to think that a foot long sub along with chips, fries, potato salad and candy is a well balanced diet. If over weight people were serious about their size then they first need to admit that they have a problem. This is not an eating disorder, this is a control problem.
Exercise does not consist of walking to the front door to answer it. You must commit to doing this every day. Walking is the easiest way to lose weight. If you think you can’t walk then start off small then every week increase the distance. Eat smaller portions more times a day, eat more fruit and veggies, and eat better. If you are willing to try to be a better you, you can lose up to five pounds a week. This might not seem like a lot, but in one month this can be twenty five pounds. Once you see results, you want to do more for yourself.
Many overweight people will tell you they are fine the way they are and that they are comfortable with their size which sounds a whole lot like denial. The ones that tell you they are trying, they are doing it wrong. They might be into the exercise but they are still eating out of control. If they eat right they are not doing the exercise. You must do both or you are just kidding yourself.
Once you are in control of the way you look, life as you never knew it before will follow.
