Diet and Fat People

What mistakes are people doing and what could they do to avoid such mistakes?

Today more than ever before people are getting fat! Why? They eat too much and bad food. Simple! I bet all my money that you will never (ever!) be fat if you eat correctly. Do you see any fat person in third world countries?

What is the right diet for you? It depends. What is your job and life style? Do you practise any sport? Do you compete? All those factors can influnce you diet requirement seriously.

I am an average person that works with a computer and I practice cycling. My weight in only 70 kg!

How do I do it? For breakfast I have some milk with cereals and one bread with butter. Fruit here!

For lunch I eat a small dish. I never eat until my stomach is full! It's very important to leave some space to make digestion easier. Don't forget to eat a lot of salad and fruit too!

Three hours after lunch I eat two breads with butter and a glass of juice. Fruit again.

For dinner I eat even less. I only eat one spoon or twp of rice and a small beef or fish. Salad and fruit are always a must!

When I ride my bicycle I always push my body to the limits going to places I know they are impossible for me. This way I burn all the calories I can. Always take at least 1 L of water and a lot of food with you!
