Eat Your Wheaties
This first tip is probably something you've heard before but still might not do - eat breakfast. This advice is tried and true. If you don't eat breakfast, you will mess up your metabolism big time, and your weight will creep up. If you're in a hurry, pick up a banana or a piece of whole-wheat toast. And no, a cigarette and coffee is not breakfast.
Pump Up Your Heart
Get that heart rate up at least 30 minutes a day. Not only will you lose weight, your skin will get the blood it needs to look refreshed, and your bones will get stronger too. There is a trainer named Leslie Sansone who has 30 minute walking tapes that you watch and walk to on the TV. She's great, and she doesn't kill you. You can find her walking tapes on Netflix.
Poop
I know it sounds gross, but you have to poop. You don't want that old yucky food swelling up your intestines. Clean yourself out every once in a while. There are plenty of natural colon cleansers out there to choose from. Just go to your local Walgreen's and get one. After using a cleanser, you'll literally feel lighter and you will be more regular.
Replace the Fat
If you cook, you can add applesauce to replace half of the butter or oil in dishes that call for them.
Eat Cake
When you just have to eat cake, make sure it's angel food cake. Top it with some fresh fruit and yogurt.
