Fighting any Weight Loss or Dieting Setbacks 1

Based on my own struggles with weightloss and dieting.

Well since I have struggled with weight my whole life and done all the diets that you can think of, I would like to share with every one who is interested some tips and guides that is making me succeed in my last recent battle with weight that is making me win, and I think after this battle I wont be battling weight any more and I wont be loosing and gaining more than fifty kilos each time!

First of all how to fight the sudden instant urge to eat something very fatty:

  1. By knowing that it has been proved by scientists that when you are having this urge your body is burning fat so the more time you fight it the more fat you burn.
  2. Try to get some energy out of your system by listening to music and dancing.
  3. Hit the gym or bring the boxing kit and start hitting the boxing bag.
  4. Do any kind of sport you like (swimming hiking biking camping climbing scuba diving bunji jumping.....etc)
  5. Go for a long walk around the house or in the park or where ever you like with a friend or alone.
  6. Go out to any where you like with any one you like.
  7. Do some brain activity like reading or cross words or puzzles.
  8. Sit down and write why do you think you are having this urge for food and what's bothering you.
  9. House chores (cleaning, vacuuming, gardening.....etc)
